Phillip Truckenbrod Concert Artists has been selected to represent the first place winners of the prestigious St. Albans International Organ Competition.
The competition is held biennially at the magnificent Norman St. Albans Abbey (Cathedral) in England. Representation in North America by Phillip Truckenbrod Concert Artists will now be added to the already rich and varied St. Albans first prize beginning with the next winner to be selected in July 2007.

The Competition and its accompanying Festival were founded in 1963 by Peter Hurford OBE and it is considered the longest established event of its kind in the world. It brings artists, musicians and other performers from around the world for the festival, and attracts tourists from far-flung areas as well as a large audience from the United Kingdom. Musical events during the festival range from orchestral, chamber and choral concerts to jazz and cabaret.

Phillip Truckenbrod Concert Artists also represents the first place winners of the Dallas International Organ Competition held triennially in Texas and the Grand Prix de Chartres held biennially at Chartres Cathedral in France.
